I have a lot of dreams with impending doom of one kind or another and dangerous situations I can't avoid, which supposedly means I feel hopeless, trapped, helpless, etc. To me your dream's almost the opposite, you're floating through a moat of crocs but you have the confidence to know you are going to be fine because you have wisdom, courage, and good judgment. Maybe it means you're going to work through this rough patch in your life and be just fine.
